Nike Training Club for Nike+

In 2016 after over a year of development the updated Nike Training Club offers programmes and new workouts to give even better training for both men and women.

As product lead on the AKQA team working with Nike+ we developed a new app and content system. Working in close collaboration with the client team in Portland we developed the new ambition and created the product in partnership with the Nike+ design and product teams. This included developing user centred design approaches such as insight driven feature streams and continuous user testing.

The product launched to great success with 4-5 star ratings across its many markets and has seen growth in its user base globally.


Working in collaboration with the client to lead new features with strategy, design iterations and user insight. Including the development of yoga, filtering, in-session workout experience, workout library, content system design and more.


The NTC app is a part of the Nike+ ecosystem, we worked in collaboration across the group to develop as a joint experience.


Working with the team to ensure our strategy was delivered across the experience, from ambition and goals for new features to ensuring it delivered on brand values and visual design standards.
